  I have to admit I didn't have a great experience with an older lady on the phone regarding my ripped rubber in our F+P front load washing machine and grilled me like I intentionally ripped it. ( like a family of 6 doesn't need a washing machine. :/) (2017) I ended up ringing the good guys and asking for another company and they helped in the end. However I just had to deal with All Electrical again and spoke to a "Melanie" I believe her name was and she was lovely, helpful and clearly doesn't hate her job. She flipped my experience around. I also mentioned to her my past experience and let her know about the less than favourable reviews on google. I hope the older lady finds a job she loves because sadly customer service isn't her strong point. (IMHO)

  I had these guys fix my oven under warranty. He was polite, friendly, on time and even brought parts with them that could possibly be the problem without inspecting first so it was fixed in 1 visit.

  If you're looking for rude staff, poor service and can afford to wait over 2 months for a repair, then you've come to the right place. If it wasn't for the fact that the other warranty agent was on holiday I would have avoid this joke.

  They are so unreliable it isn't funny, 9 weeks and two different parts later and we still don't have the right one. The technician is friendly however still cannot work out what is wrong and fix it. So disappointed and would definitely not recommend. The reception staff member who answers the phone is extremely unpleasant and rude. Would rate 0 if possible.

  Have used these guys twice now, both times were able to come out same day to assess/repair appliances. They were very helpful and would use again
